| 摘 要： | 目的探讨IL-4、IL-18在乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染中的作用。方法用ELISA法测定52例HBV感染者和20例健康者血清IL-4、IL-18水平,荧光PCR法测定肝炎患者血清中HBV-NA的含量。结果重型肝炎组患者血清IL-4、IL-18水平升高,低病毒量组血清IL-18浓度高于高病毒量组。结论IL-4、IL-18可能参与慢性乙型肝炎的免疫应答,在清除感染的HBV的同时也造成肝细胞的损伤。

Relation between serum IL-4 and IL-18 levels in patients with hepatitis B virus infection |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the possible roles of IL-4,IL-18 in hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection.Methods Serum IL-4,IL-18 level was measured using ELISA,and serum HBV-DNA content was detected by FQ-PCR.Results There was significant in serum IL-4,IL-18 level between the fulminant hepatitis patients and chronic hepatitis patients or normal controls (P<0.05) . Serum IL-4,IL-18 level was the highest in fulminant hepatitis patients,and the lowest in normal individuals.In addition,the serum IL-18 level in patients with low HBV-DNA content was higher than that in patients with high HBV-DNA content.Conclusion IL-4,IL-18 may be involved in the host immunity against HBV,and is associated with HBV clearance and liver damage. |
