中西医结合治疗老年痴呆的临床观察

目的探讨中西医结合治疗老年痴呆的临床疗效。方法该次观察了60例老年痴呆患者,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用西药都可喜进行治疗,治疗组根据患者自身情况给予都可喜和中药汤剂辨证施治。观察两组患者治疗前后的临床总有效率及MMSE、ADL、HDS评分变化。结果中西药结合治疗老年痴呆的总有效率为86.67%,明显优于单纯采用西药都可喜对照组的73.34%（P〈0.05）。治疗组与对照组两组患者在治疗后MMSE、HDS评分与治疗前相比均有明显提高,ADL评分较治疗前相比均有明显下降,且差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组治疗后MMSE、HDS评分与对照组相比有显著提高,ADL评分较对照组下降显著,两组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论中西医结合辨证施治老年痴呆,临床疗效优于单一西药治疗。

Clinical observation of treating elderly dementiaby integrated traditional and western medicine

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of treating on elderly dementia by integrated traditional and western medicine. Methods 60 elderly patients with senile dementia in our hospital were divided into treatment group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases) randomly. Control group were treated with Duo-Kexi, and the treatment group were given self-made Chinese medicine dialectically based on this method. The total clinical efficiency and the change of MMSE、ADL、HDS scores were observed. Results Total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%, which was higer than that of control group (73.34% , P<0.05). MMSE、HDS scores of treatment and control group were increased after therapy, and ADL scores were decreased compared with that before treatment. The change of scores before and after treatment was tatistically significant(P<0.05) . MMSE、HDS scores of treatment group were significantly higherly than those of the control group, and ADL scores of treatment group were decreased compared with those of the control group. There were statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect ofintegrated traditional and western medicine was better than single western medicine on treating elderly dementia.
