| 摘 要： | 目的探讨用腹腔镜食管裂孔疝修补术和胃底折术治疗食管裂孔疝的临床效果。方法回顾1999-08～2005-06治疗23例的临床资料。结果本组患者全部获得手术成功,仅一例发生纵隔气肿。术后随访0.5～5年,临床症状完全消失,无一例疝复发。结论腹腔镜食管裂孔疝修补和胃底折术具有创伤小、痛苦少、住院时间短等优点,是当今治疗食管裂孔疝手术的金标准。

The clinical effects of laparoscopic repair procedure of esophageal hiatal hernia and laparoscopic fundoplication for treating esophageal hiatal hernia |

| Abstract: | Objective To probe clinical effects of laparoscopic repair-procedure of esophageal hiatal hernia and laparoscopic fundoplication for treating esophageal hiatal hernia. Method The data of 23 cases of this disease (From Aug. 1999, to June. 2005) were analysed retrospectively.Results Operation was completely successfully in all 23 patients. And only in one case vertical diaphragm emphysema occurred. Clinical follow-up ranged from 6 months to 5 years. All the patients were free of symptoms, and none recurred.Conclusion Laparoscopic repair of esophageal hiatal hernia and laparoscopic fundoplication have the benefits of minimally invasion and shorter hospitalization stay, and have became the good standard for treatment of esophageal hiatal hernia. |
