乌司他丁对大鼠缺血性脑水肿脑组织AQP4表达的影响

摘    要:
目的探讨乌司他丁对大鼠缺血性脑水肿脑组织AQP4表达的影响及意义。方法采用线栓法制备大鼠大脑中动脉栓塞(MCAO)模型,随机分为3组:对照组、治疗1组、治疗2组,取24h时相点用免疫组化方法观察大鼠模型缺血区AQP4的表达。结果治疗1组与对照组比较,24h后AQP4表达水平减轻(P<0.05),治疗2组与对照组相比,24h后AQP4表达水平明显减轻(P<0.01)。结论乌司他丁能通过下调脑缺血组织AQP4的表达,起到脑保护作用。

Abstract:
Objectives To explore the influence of ulinastatin to the expression of AQP4 in rats brain tissue during ischemic encephaledema.Methods The rats cerebral middle artery occlusion(MCAO) model was established with thread occlusion method.Rats were randomly divided into 3 groups,including control group,treatment gruop 1 and treatment group 2.The changes in expression of AQP4 in rats model ischemic areas at 24h time point were determined by immunohistochemistry.Results The expression of AQP4 of treatment group 1 was lower than that of control group at 24h point(P0.05),while the expression of AQP4 of treatment group 2 was obviously lower than that of control group at 24h point(P0.01).Conclusion Ulinastatin has protective effects to brains by downregulating the expression of AQP4 in ischemic brain tissue.
