| 摘 要： | 目的:研究乌拉地尔和异氟醚在鼻内窥镜手术控制性降压中的应用。方法:30例鼻内窥镜手术病人,随机分为两组,乌拉地尔组(A组),乌拉地尔和异氟醚组(B组)。结果:乌拉地尔和异氟醚组(B组)血压维持比乌拉地尔组(A组)平稳,两组差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05);B组出血量明显少于A组,两组差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05);B组手术时间少于A组,两组差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用乌拉地尔和异氟醚降压,可增强降压效果,减少术中出血,缩短手术时间。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the value of induced hypotension with urapidil combined isoflurane in nasal endoscopic surgery. Methods: 30 cases of patients with nasal endoscopic surgery were randomly divided into groups:group A (with urapidil only)- group B (with urapidil combined isoflurane). Results: Group B showed much stable blood pressure in the processes of nasal endoscopic surgery - compared with group A .The difference between two groups was significant(P<0.05);The both bleeding amount and the operation time in group B were significantly less than those in group A (P<0.05).Conclusion: To induced hypotension on urapidil combined with isoflurane can increase deliberate hypotension,decrease the bleeding amount and shorten the operation time at the meantime. |
