| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨乳酸脱氢酶 (L DH)、r-羟丁酸脱氢酶 (HBDH)与白血病病情进展的关系。方法 :酶动力学方法测定 30例白血病患者血清 L DH及 HBDH活性 ,并对急性期与缓解期酶活性作对比分析。结果 :急性期时 ,血清中 L DH和HBDH酶活性高于正常 ,病情缓解后 ,二者活性均下降直至正常。结论 :测定血清 L DH和 HBDH活性可作为白血病的辅助诊断及判断疗效的一个有价值的生化指标

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the relation between LDH or HBDH and the clinical development of the leukemia. Methods Serum LDH and HBDH were analysed in 30 Cases untreated leukemia patients by enzyme dynamics and the enzyme activity of the serum LDH and HBDH in the acute and remission period were compared. Result the activity of the serum LDH and HBDH in the acute period was higher than the normal person and both of them decrease in the remission period to the normal level. Conclusion the detection of the serum LDH and HBDH can be useful biochemistry parameters to the diagnosis and treatment in the leukemia. |
