52例创伤性湿肺螺旋CT和X线平片分析

目的 :提高胸部 X线平片和螺旋 CT对创伤性湿肺诊断的认识。材料与方法 :对临床确诊 5 2例创伤性湿肺的影像学表现进行回顾性分析。结果 :X线平片表现为肺血管纹理改变 9例 ,点片状和班片状影 6例 ,节段性或大叶性实变影 15例 ,磨玻璃状改变 17例 ,胸部平片无阳性表现 5例。而螺旋 CT阳性率为 10 0 % ,尤其对肺内细微病变研究观察。结论 :两者各具优缺点 ,两者结合 ,更有利于创伤性湿肺的诊断和治疗。

Analysing Spiral CT and X-ray Film of 50 Cases with Traumatic Moist Pulmonary

Objective To improve the chest X ray and spiral CT knowledge to traumatic moist lung. Materials and Methods The imaging manifestations of 52 cases with traumatic moist pulmonary confirmed by clinical were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of all the chest films, change of pulmonary vascular were 9 cases, dot and plaques shadow were 6 cases, segment or lobar solid masses was 15 cases, 17 cases were as vagus glass,and 5 cases were no positive showing in chest film,while the positive rate of spiral CT was 10 %, especially taking the value of reseach and observation on the micro lesion intrapulmonary. Conclusion Both of chest film and spiral CT takes themselves advantage and shortcoming, if they were combined together, it will do benifit to the diagnosis and therapy for traumaticmoist pulmonary.
