| 摘 要： | 随着对激素性股骨头坏死发病机制的深入研究,使得对激素性股骨头坏死进行早期干预,使保存患者自身关节成为可能。本文综述了近年来一些国内外学者对激素性股骨头坏死早期采用药物、骨组织工程及物理治疗等手段,进行早期干预。从而为激素性股骨头坏死的患者寻求有效保存自身关节的治疗方法提供了新的思路。 |

| Abstract: | With the further study about pathogenesis of steroid-induced necrosis of femoral head, it is possible to maintain the patients＇own articulus by giving early intervention to this disease. This article reviews some methods used by domestic and abroad scholars, such as durgs, bone tissue engineering, and physical treatment and so on,in order to provide new idea for the therapeutic method preserving the own articulus of patients with this disease. |
