参七黄稳斑胶囊对兔动脉粥样斑块的干预作用

目的探讨参七黄稳斑胶囊降脂和抑制炎性因子以防治动脉粥样硬化（AS）的作用。方法球囊拉伤加高脂饮食造AS兔模型后，分为不稳定斑块对照组（A组）、参七黄稳斑胶囊治疗组（B组）、辛伐他汀治疗组（C组），B组、C组以药物干预，12周、24周检测血脂及血清中血管间细胞黏附分子-1（VCAM-1）、细胞间细胞黏附分子-1（ICAM-1）和超敏C反应蛋白（hs—CRP）的浓度（酶法）。结果B组、C组血脂、血清VCAM-1、ICAM-1和hs—CRP的浓度较A组显著降低（P〈0．001），且B组优于C组（P〈0．05）。结论参七黄稳斑胶囊有较好的降脂及抑制炎症反应的作用。

Effects of Shenqihuang Wenban Capsule for Prevention and Treatment of Atherosclerotic Plaque in Rabbits

Objective To investigate the effects of Shenqihuang Wenban capsule for prevention and treatment of atherosclerotic plaque. Methods Atherosclerosis plaques rabbit models established by balloon -induced abdominal aorta wall injury and a diet of high cholesterol were divided into 3 group： Instability group（group A）, Shenqihuang Wenban capsule group（group B） treated with Shenqi- huang Wenban capsule and simvastatin group（group C） treated with simvastatin. The concentration of vascular cellular adhesion molecule- 1 （VCAM- 1）,intercellular cellular adhesion molecule- 1 （ICAM- 1）, high sensitivity C reaction protein （hs -CRP） and blood lipid were tested on 12th and 24th week. Results Compared with group A,the concentration of VCAM- 1,ICAM- 1,hs - CRP, blood lipid in the group B and the group C were reduced （P〈0. 001）. The effects in group B were superior to group C（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shenqihuang Wenban capsule could decreased blood lipid and inhibited inflammatory factors.
