天麻舒心颗粒对自发性高血压大鼠血压及颈动脉重构的影响

摘    要:目的探讨天麻舒心颗粒降压及改善颈动脉重构的疗效。方法50只自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)随机分成天麻舒心大、中、小剂量组及阳性对照组、模型对照组.10只Wistar大鼠为正常对照组,分别给予不同剂量的天麻舒心浸膏液、卡托普利片、蒸馏水。2周测量1次鼠尾动脉收缩压;3个月后,观察每组左颈总动脉内-中膜厚度(IMT)、腔径、IMT/腔径及血浆肾素活性(PRA)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)。结果给药12周后.与模型对照组比较,各给药组SHR左颈动脉IMT、PRA、AngⅡ均显著降低(P〈0.01或P〈0.001)。随着鼠龄的增加,天麻舒心各组血压虽有所上升.但上升的幅度明显低于模型对照组。结论天麻舒心颗粒治疗高血压病确实有效,而且能通过改善动脉重构,减轻甚至逆转高血压靶器官损害。

The Influence Effect of Tianmashuxin Granule on Blood Pressure and Carotid Artery Vascular Remodeling in Spontaneous Hypertensive Rats

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of Tianmashuxin granule on blood pressure (BP) and carotid artery vascular re modeling in the spontaneous hypertensive rats (SHR). Methods Fifty SHR were randomly divided into five groups:Tianmashuxin granule group (low dosage, medium dosage and high dosage group) treated with Tianmashuxin granule extract, positive control group and model group treated with eaptopril and distilled water,respectively. The systolic caudal arterial pressure fortnightly and the left carotid artery intima - media thickness (IMT), lumen diameter, intima - media thickness/lumen diameter, plasma renin activity (PRA) and angiotensin (Aug Ⅱ) were measured at the end of the third month. Results Compared with the model group,the left carotid artery intima -media thickness,level of PRA and Aug Ⅱ in Tianmashuxin granule group and positive control group were decreased (P〈0. 01 or P〈0. 001). Conclusion Tianmashuxin granule had markedly effect in lowering SHR blood pressure,and it was beneficial to lighten and reverse the injury in the target organ of hypertension by improving carotid artery vascular remodeling.
