速效救心丸对鸡胚尿囊膜血管生成的影响

目的研究速效救心丸对鸡胚尿囊膜（CAM）血管生成的影响。方法利用CAM模型，选取重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子（bFGF）作为阳性对照药，观察速效救心丸对CAM周围一级、二级与总血管数的影响。结果速效救心丸大、小剂量组对CAM-级、二级与总血管数均有明显的促进作用，与生理盐水和正常血清组比较有统计学意义（P〈0．01），但不及阳性对照组（P〈0．01）；在一级血管促进方面，速效救心丸大剂量组优于小剂量组（P〈0．01）。在促进二级与总血管数方面，速效救心丸大、小剂量组之间无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论速效救心丸对CAM血管生成有明显的促进作用。

The Influence Effects of Suxiaojiuxin Pill on Chorioallantoic Membrane Angiogenesis

Objective To study the effects of Suxiaojiuxin pills on chorioallantoic membrane （CAM） angiogenesis. Methods CAM model was established and recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor （bFGF） was served as control. The impact of Suxiaojiuxin pills and total number of vessels around CAM model were studied. Results The primary,secondary and total vessels were promoted in Suxiaojiuxin pills groups with high and low -dose. It was different significantly with saline and normal serum group （P〈0.01）, but it was not better than that in positive control group （P〈0.01）. Promotion of primary vessels in high -dose group of Suxiaojiuxin pills was better than that in low -dose group （P〈0.01）. There is no significant difference betweeh Suxiaojiuxin pills low- doses and high does group in the promotion of secondary and.total vessels （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Suxiaojiuxin pills showed obvious promotion effects on CAM angiogenesis.
