| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）与冠心病病情关系及临床意义。方法检测123例冠心病患者（包括心肌梗塞患者68例、稳定型心绞痛患者31例、不稳定型心绞痛24例）与57例健康体检者（对照组）血清hs-CRP水平。结果冠心病患者血清hs-CRP水平明显高于对照组（P〈0.001）,且冠心病各阶段患者之间hs-CRP水平亦有显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论血清hs-CRP可作为冠心病的早期诊断和病情检测的指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP）in coronary heart disease（CHD）.Methods 123 CHD patients diagnosed by coronary angiography were divided into three groups including AMI group consisted of 68 patients with acute myocardial infarction（AMI）,SAP group consisted of 31 patients with stable angina（SAP）and UAP group consisted of 24 patients with unstable angina（UAP）and;57 healthy persons were enrolled in normal control group.Results The serum level of hs-CRP was significantly higher in the patients with CHD than in healthy controls（P〈0.001）.The serum hs-CRP of the patients in CHD has statistical difference（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The serum hs-CRP can be regarded as an early prognostic indicator for CHD. |
