覆膜支架治疗食管癌食管狭窄及食管-支气管瘘的临床研究

目的分析放置覆膜支架对缓解食管癌食管狭窄及食管-支气管瘘临床症状的作用.方法咽部局麻后口服造影剂,在X线透视下由导丝引导定位,经支架输送器置覆膜支架于病变部位.结果治疗前吞咽困难4级2例,3级8例,2级2例,放支架后吞咽困难0级3例,1级9例.结论对于失去手术机会或无法耐受手术的食管癌患者,放置覆膜支架疗效确切,安全可行.

The clinical study of covered endoesophageal stent in the treatment of malignant esophageal stricture and esophagobronchial fistula

Objective To analyze the effect of covered endo-esophageal stent in treating symptomatic patient with malignant esophageal stricture and esophagobronchial fistula. Methods Following pharyngeal surface anesthesia and oral cystografin, the covered endoesophageal stent was located at the focus of lesion for each patient, guided by the iron wire and the stent-transporter under the X-ray. Results Before treatment, the patients had grade 4 dysphagia in 2 cases,grade 3 in 8 cases, and grade 2 in 2 cases. After treatment, they had dysphagia of 0-grade in 3 cases and 1-grade in 9 cases. Conclusion For patients with esophageal carcinoma, when they lost the operative opportunity or had lower operative-tolerance, treatment effect of the covered endo-esophageal stent is effective and safe.
