左金丸联合黛力新治疗肠易激综合征的临床效果

目的 研究左金丸联合黛力新治疗肠易激综合征的临床效果。方法 选择2013年4月-2014年7月入湖北医药学院附属东风医院治疗的80例肠易激综合征患者，随机分成对照组和试验组，每组40例。对照组给予基础治疗，试验组给予左金丸与黛力新联合治疗，随访观察2组患者的SDS抑郁自评量表、HAMA焦虑量表评分，中医症候评分及临床效果、并发症的差异性。结果 治疗后2组患者的SDS、HAMA评分均降低，且试验组降低得更明显，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后2组患者的各项中医症候评分均升高，且试验组升高得更明显，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。试验组患者的总有效率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 左金丸联合黛力新用于肠易激综合征能有效改善临床症状，有一定的应用价值。

Clinical Effect of Zuojin Pill Combined with Deanxit in Treatment of Irritable Bowel Syndrome

OBJECTIVE To study clinical effect of Zuojin pill combined with Deanxit in treatment of irritable bowel syndrome. METHODS A total of 80 consecutives diagnosed as irritable bowel syndrome from April 2013 to July 2014 arriving at Dongfeng Hospital, Hubei University of Medicine were individed randomly into control group and experiment group and each of 40 cases, the patients in control group received basic treatment and the patients in experiment group received Zuojin pill combined with Deanxit, then the differences of SDS, HAMA scores, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and clinical efficacy, complications after the follow-up were compared. RESULTS The SDS, HAMA scores in 2 groups were lower than before treatment and they in experiment group were significantly lower than control group (P<0.05). HAMA scores in 2 groups were higher than before treatment and in experiment group were significantly higher (P<0.05). The clinical total efficacy rate in experiment group were significantly higher than control group (P<0.05). CONCLUSION Zuojin pill combined with Deanxit can greatly improve clinical efficacy of patients with irritable bowel syndrome.
