冠心病患者血浆IL-6及内脂素水平与冠状动脉病变严重程度相关性研究

目的 分析冠心病患者血浆白介素（IL）-6和内脂素水平与冠状动脉病变严重程度的相关性。方法 选择经冠状动脉造影确诊的冠心病患者128例，分为急性冠脉综合征（ACS）组和稳定型心绞痛（SAP）组，并按病变血管支数分成3组（单支病变组、双支病变组和三支病变组），按冠状动脉狭窄程度分为3组（冠状动脉狭窄程度50%~75%组、76%~90%组及91%~100%组）。收集患者的基本临床资料，血浆IL-6及内脂素应用酶联免疫吸附法测定，应用Gensini积分评价冠状动脉病变严重程度。结果 ACS组患者IL-6及内脂素水平显著高于SAP组（P<0.05），按照不同病变血管支数分组和按照病变血管狭窄程度分组后，血浆IL-6及内脂素水平在各组间差异具有显著性（P<0.05）。相关分析显示IL-6、内脂素与Gensini积分呈正相关（分别r=0.583,r=0.724，均P<0.01）。结论 IL-6及内脂素与冠状动脉病变严重程度密切相关。

Correlation between serum IL-6, visfatin and severity of coronary artery stenosis in patients with coronary heart disease

AIM To investigate the correlation between plasma IL-6, visfatin and severity of coronary stenosis in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). METHODSA total of 128 patients with CHD confirmed by coronary angiography from our Department of Cardiology were divided into two groups: acute coronary syndrome (ACS) and stable angina pectoris (SAP). Patients were divided into three groups according to the number of blood vessel lesions: single lesion group, double branch lesion group and three branch lesion group and were divided into three groups on the basis of the degree of coronary artery stenosis: 50%-75% group, 76%-90% group and 91%-100% group. Clinical data of these patients were collected. ELISA kits were used to measure plasma levels of IL-6 and visfatin. Gensini score was used to evaluate the severity of coronary artery stenosis. RESULTSPlasma levels of IL-6 and visfatin in ACS group were significantly higher than those in SAP group (P<0.05). Plasma levels of IL-6 and visfatin were significantly different in patients grouped by the number of blood vessel lesions and degree of coronary artery stenosis (P<0.05). Correlation analysis showed that IL-6 and visfatin were positively associated with Gensini score (r=0.583 and 0.724, respectively, both P<0.01). CONCLUSIONPlasma IL-6 and visfatin are closely associated with the severity of coronary artery stenosis.
