高效液相色谱法测定山豆根中红车轴草苷的含量

摘    要:目的建立测定山豆根药材中红车轴苹苷的含量测定方法。方法色谱柱为Hypersil ODS2(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈0.1%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长为308nm,柱温为25℃。结果红车轴草苷在0.4192~8.384扯g线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.3%,RSD=1.6%。结论所用方法简便、准确、重复性好,首次建立了HPLC测定山豆根中红车轴草苷的含量,提供了更好的控制山豆根药材质量的方法。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for the determination of trifolirhizin in Sophora tonkinensis Gapnep.. Methods The separation was performed on a Hypersil ODS2 (250mm×4.6mm,5μm). The mobile phase consisted of ACN-0.1%H3PO4 with a gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1. The UV detection wavelength was 308 nm. Results The calibration curves of trifolirhizin were in good linearity at 0. 419 2-8.384μg (r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 99.3% with RSD of 1.6%. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and repeatable. The HPLC method to determine trifolirhizin in Sophora tonkinensis Gapnep. has been first established, which provides a better quality control method for Sophora tonkinensis Gapnep.
