| 摘 要： | 目的：观察左-卡尼汀联合参麦注射液治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭（CHF）的疗效。方法：70例CHF患者被随机分为对照组及治疗组。对照组给予常规西药治疗。治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用左-卡尼汀及参麦注射液,2组疗程均为14d,治疗前后心功能参数被观察以评价疗效。结果：与常规治疗组比较心功能参数LVDD、EF和SV左-卡尼汀组治疗前后均有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：左-卡尼汀联合参麦注射液能明显改善患者的心功能,对充血性心力衰竭患者疗效显著。
