金华市蚊虫密度消长及种群构成研究

目的掌握金华市蚊类种群分布和季节性消长等动态变化规律。方法 2010年3—11月,统一使用诱蚊灯法诱捕蚊虫,对蚊虫进行分类、鉴定和计数。结果金华市全年平均蚊密度为4.61只/h,蚊虫密度高峰在6—9月,占全年捕蚊数的83.00%。优势蚊种为淡色库蚊,占捕蚊总数的63.90%。5个不同生境中,以牲畜棚最多,占捕蚊数的66.75%。结论金华市地理环境和气候条件适宜多种蚊虫的生长,淡色库蚊是金华市的优势蚊种,是防灭的重点。

Study on Density Fluctuation and Population Composition of Mosquitoes in Jinhua

Objective To determine the density fluctuation and population composition of mosquitoes in Jinhua,providing scientific evidence for prevention and control strategies of mosquito infestation.Methods The mosquito lure lamps were used to monitor the density of mosquitoes from March to November in 2010.Mosquitoes were then classified,identified and counted.Results The average mosquito density was 4.61/（light·hour）,the seasonal peak of density was from June to September,accounting for 83.00% of the total captures.The dominant species was Culex pipiens pallens,accounting for 63.90% of the total captures.Of the 5 different habitats,stockyards contained the most mosquitoes,accounting for 66.75% of the total captures.Conclusion The geographic environment and weather conditions in Jinhua are suitable for many mosquitoes to grow.Culex pipiens pallens was the dominant species to which importance should be emphasized in further prevention and control process.
