| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨慢性再生障碍性贫血（ＣＡＡ）患者出血机理。方法：对３３例ＣＡＡ患者血浆ＶＷＦ：Ａｇ、ＧＭＰ－１４０、ｔ－ＰＡ进行检测。结果：ＶＷＦ∶Ａｇ、ＧＭＰ－１４０增高，ＰＡＩ降低，ｔ－ＰＡ无明显变化。结论∶ＣＡＡ患者存在血管内皮损伤，纤溶活性增强，血小板呈激活状态。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the hemorrage mechanism of patients with chronic aplastic anemia(CAA).Method:Plasma VWF:Ag,GMP-140,t-PA and PAI of 33 CAA patients were determined.Results:An increased VWF:Ag and CMP-140 were seen with decreased PAL,and normal t-PA.Conclusion:Lesion on the wall of blood vessel,increased fibrinolysis and activation of platelet exist in CAA patients. |
