| 摘 要： | 目的 研究Epstein Barr病毒 (EBV)在慢性牙周炎患者不同牙周状态部位的检出率 ,分析EBV与慢性牙周炎及其活动性的相关性。方法 收集 6 2例慢性牙周炎患者的牙周炎活动部位、静止部位及轻度龈炎部位的龈下菌斑 ,提取DNA后使用巢式PCR检测EBV ,并对其检出率加以分析。结果 慢性牙周炎患者牙周炎活动部位EBV的检出率为 5 8% ,牙周炎静止部位EBV为2 2 6 % ,轻度龈炎部位的EBV为 19 4 %。EBV在牙周炎活动部位的检出率高于静止及轻度龈炎部位的检出率 (P <0 0 1)。结论 EB病毒与慢性牙周炎及其活动性有一定的相关性 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between Epstein Barr virus (EBV) infection and chronic periodontitis Methods In 62 chronic periodontitis patients, subgingival plaque samples were collected from active periodontitis site,quiescent periodontitis site, and initial gingivitis sites of each subject The nested polymerase chain reaction (nested PCR) was used to determine the presence of EBV Results The EBV was detected in 58 0% of the samples from active periodontitis sites , which was significantly higher than that from quiescent periodontitis sites (58 0% vs 22 6%, P <0 01) and from initial gingivitis sites (58 0% vs 19 4%, P <0 01) Conclusion The results suggest that EBV infection is associated with the activity of chronic periodontitis |
