| 摘 要： | 目的：对32例胃癌的超声诊断分析，根据胃癌声像图及淋巴结和远处脏器转移情况定出TNM分期，并结合病理学基础，具有实际的临床价值，使之能合理手术，提高生存率，方法：对32例胃癌患者进行超声诊断，TNM分期，结合病理学基础，结果：超声TNM分期与病理TNM分期符合率为77．9％，结论：对胃癌的超声诊断，从而作出对胃癌浸润深度的测定，浸润范围的分析，周围组织和淋巴结转移的判定，准确的作出TNM的分期，对于胃癌的早期诊断，准确分期，合理手术其有重要的临床意义。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the stages of TNM of gastric cancer through ultrasonography on pathological basis.Methods:Thirty-two patients with gastric cancer were examined by ultrasonography,using the stages of TNM system,and the results were compared with that of the pathological findings.Results:The stages of TNM by ultrasonography corresponded closely to that of the pathological fingdings(77.9%).Conclusion:The ultrasonic examination of gastric cancer in estinating the depth and extent of infiltration,involvment of peripheral tissues and that of lymph node metastasis were as valuable as that of the original staging system on pathological basis. |
