扬长教育立足于学生之所长,注重引导和激励学生发挥自己的特长,展现自己的才华,其本身具有一种感召力,能激发学生的上进心和创造力。本文从扬长教育的理论内涵、实施基础、实践作用等方面探讨了扬长教育在高校人才培养中的作用,并提出了扬长教育的实施方法。

Feasibility Study on the Implementation of Bringing out University Students'''' Strong Points

By education based on bringiog out the strong points of students, it is meant that emphasis should be laid on guiding and stimulating students to bring into play their special talents and display their special skills. It is an inspiration in itself, which can in turn stimulate the urge for improvement and creativity of the students. The paper discusses the role of this type of education in university talents training from the perspectives of its theoretical cormotation, implementation basis and practical function. We also propose methods to conduct education based on bringing out the strong points of students.
