| 摘 要： | 目的通过中医药综合治疗和西医治疗结局的比较,评价缺血性中风急性期＂风痰瘀血、痹阻脉络＂证综合救治方案的有效性。方法急性缺血性中风患者80例随机分成2组,2组在基础治疗相同的情况下,治疗组加用中医综合治疗。结果随着时间的推移,2组间治疗组对改善患者生活质量的效果逐渐显现,而对照组RANKIN异常增加。结论中医综合治疗方案对于急性缺血中风阴类证患者在治疗效果的提高及生活质量的改善上可能有一定意义。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To widely evaluate the effectiveness of the comprehensive therapies for treating acute ischemia stroke patients who met the TCM diagnostic criterion of "wind phlegm and blood stasis block the meridian syndrome" .Methods To randomly divided the 80 stroke patients into 2 groups.Both basic treatment are the same,TCM therapies are applied in treatmint group in addition.Results The effect of improving patient's life quality in treatment group is taking on step by step as times move on,but increasing unusual in control group.Conclusion TCM comprehensive therapies may show some positive effect on acute ischemia stroke patients met TCM yin syndrome in improving treating results and living quality. |
