耳压配合心理治疗肛肠术后疼痛的临床观察

目的观察耳穴贴压配合心理干预方法治疗肛肠术后的镇痛疗效。方法选用肛肠术后要求镇痛的患者60例,随机分成治疗组与对照组各30例。治疗组采用非药物治疗,耳穴贴压配合心理干预法;对照组选用去痛片。分别选择术后疼痛高峰第1,3,7天,将患者的疼痛变化水平以VAS方法进行评估。结果治疗组和对照组术后疼痛差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论耳穴贴压配合心理干预可以缓解肛肠术后疼痛,而且镇痛效果优于口服去痛片。

Clinical Observation on Analgesia Effects of Auricular Point Sticking Combined with Psychotherapy after Anorectal Surgery

Objective To observe the analgesia effect of auricular point sticking combined with psychological interventions after the anorectal surgery.Methods Sixty patients with anorectal surgery and analgesia request were randomly divided into treatment group and control group（30 cases each group）.The treatment group was treated with auricular point sticking combined with psychological intervention（non-medicine method）;the control group was treated with pain tablets.The degree of pain was evaluated by VAS assessment method at the peak of day 1,day 3 and day 7.Results The differences in pain between the treatment group and control group had statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion Auricular point sticking combined with psychological intervention can effectively alleviate the postoperative anorectal pain,and can relieve the pain more availably than the oral tablets.
