认知干预对慢性精神分裂症患者生活质量及相关因素的影响

目的探讨认知干预对慢性精神分裂症患者的作用。方法将83例慢性精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组使用常规的治疗护理,研究组应用认知行为干预对患者进行康复训练。两组同时使用用药态度量表(DAI)、精神护理观察量表(NOSIE)、精神分裂症病人生活质量量表(SQLS)和自知力与治疗态度问卷(ITAQ)对患者在入组时及出院时进行测评。结果研究组的自知力与态度、生活质量、用药态度及病情总估计分等两组比较具有统计学意义。结论对慢性精神分裂症病人进行认知行为干预,可改善患者的自知力、用药态度和治疗态度等,有助于缓解精神症状,提高患者的生活质量。

Impact of Cognitive Intervention on Quality of Living and Related Factor of Patients with Chronic Schizophrenia

Objective To explore the effect of cognitive intervention on patients with chronic schizophrenia. Methods 83 patients with chronic schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups. 41 cases of control group received routine therapy and nursing, while 42 cases of research group received cognitive intervention for rehabilitation training. Both groups were evaluated at the time of admission and discharge by using drug attitude scale （DAI）, nurses＇ observation scale for inpatient evaluation （NOSIE）, schizophrenia quality of life scale （SQLS） and insight and treatment attitude questionnaire （ITAQ）. Results There were statistical differences between two groups in insight and attitude, quality of life, medication attitudes and total estimates of disease. Conclusions For patients with chronic schizophrenia, cognitive intervention can improve patients＇ insight, attitudes of treatment and drug, relieve psychotic symptoms, and improve patients＇ quality of life.
