手法复位、小夹板固定治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效分析

目的探讨手法复位、小夹板固定治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法选取本院2011年1月至2013年1月桡骨远端骨折患者40例，根据术式分为两组，切开复位内固定患者20例为对照组，手法复位后小夹板固定患者20例为观察组，比较两组患者的临床指标、临床疗效、并发症情况。结果观察组患者疼痛缓解时间、手背肿胀消退时间、骨折愈合时间均明显少于对照组，优良率明显高于对照组，并发症发生率明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论手法复位后小夹板固定是治疗桡骨远端骨折的有效方法，可明显缓解患者疼痛，消除肿胀，缩短恢复时间，效果显著，并发症少，安全性高。

Analysis on Clinical Efficacy of Manipulative Reduction and Splint Fixation in Treatment of Distal Radius Fractures

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of manipulative reduction and splint fixation in the treatment of distal radius fractures. Methods 40 patients with distal radius fractures in hospital from January 2011 to January 2013 were divided into two groups according to surgical methods. 20 patients treated with open reduction and internal fixation were set as control group, and 20 patients treated with manipulative reduction and splint fixation were set as observation group. The surgical indications, efficacy, complications were compared between the two groups. Results The pain relief time, opisthenar swelling subsided time and fracture healing time of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group （P 〈0.05）. The excellence and good rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈0.05）. The incidence of complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Splint fixation after manipulative reduction is an effective method in the treatment of distal radius fracture, which can relieve pain, eliminate swelling and shorten recovery time, with significant effect, fewer complications and high security.
