| 摘 要： | 目的探讨手法复位配合小夹板旋后位固定治疗Smith骨折的护理措施。方法选取30例Smith骨折患者,随机分为对照组15例和实验组15例,对照组仅给予常规护理,实验组采用综合护理,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果实验组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对手法复位配合小夹板旋后位固定治疗Smith骨折采取综合护理,可促进患者康复,改善预后。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the nursing measures of reconstructive small splint supination fixation for the treatment of Smith fracture. Methods 30 patients with Smith fracture were randomly divided into two groups equally. The control group was given routine nursing, while the experiment group was given comprehensive nursing. The clinical effects were compared. Results The effective rate of the experiment group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Comprehensive nursing of reconstructive small splint supination fixation for the treatment of Smith fracture can promote patients＇ recovery and improve prognosis. |
