负压封闭引流术治疗四肢创伤复杂创面治疗的临床效果观察

目的进一步研究和探讨负压封闭引流术治疗四肢创伤复杂创面的临床实际效果，从而为相关的临床研究提供依据和借鉴。方法选择我院2009年9月至2013年6月期间收治的四肢创伤合并皮肤组织缺失的患者68例为研究对象．随机分为观察组（34例）和对照组（34例），分别采用负压封闭引流术治疗和常规换药治疗，观察比较两组患者实施不同治疗前后创面面积（cm^2）、感染发生情况（％）、并发症发生情况（％）、住院时间（d）和住院费用（元）。结果①实施不同治疗后，观察组患者的创面面积小于对照组，数据比较差异具有统计学意义（t=5．645，P=0．000）；②在感染发生率和并发症发生率上，组间比较，观察组患者显著低于对照组，数据比较差异均具有统计学意义（P均＜0．05）；③在住院时间和住院费用上，组间比较，观察组患者显著低于对照组，数据比较差异均具有统计学意义（P均＜0．05）。结论在临床治疗四肢创伤复杂创面的实践过程中，采用负压封闭引流术的临床效果显著，是临床治疗四肢创伤复杂创面的可靠选择。

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Vacuum Sealing Drainage in the Treatment of Complex Wounds of Limbs Trauma

Objective To further study and investigate the clinical effect of vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of complex wounds of limbs trauma, so as to provide the basis and reference for relevant clinical research. Methods 68 cases of limbs trauma complicated with skin tissue loss treated in our hospital from September 2009 to June 2013 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into observation group （34 cases, vacuum sealing drainage therapy） and control group （34 cases, conventional dressing treatment）. The wound area （cm^2）, infection incidence （%）, cases of complications （%）, length of stay （d） and hospital cost （RMB） of the two groups were compared. Results ①After the implementation of the different treatment, the wound area of the observation group was less than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference （t = 5.645, P = 0.000）. ②The incidence of infection and complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, with statistically significant differences （both P〈0.05）. ③The length of stay and hospital cost of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference （both P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Vacuum sealing drainage therapy has significant effect for the treatment of complex wounds of limbs trauma, which is a reliable choice in clinic.
