| 摘 要： | 目的观察冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者与单纯性冠心病患者24小时动态心电图变化情况。方法检测并记录124例冠心病合并2型糖尿病（糖尿病组）与96例单纯性冠心病（对照组）24小时动态心电图变化，分析ST-T变化以及HRV时域4项指标。结果糖尿病组患者心律失常的发生率明显高于对照组患者心律失常的发生率；缺血性ST-T改变两组比较差异无显著性，P〉O．05。两组比较，心率增快，心率变异指标降低，差异具有显著性，P〈0．05。结论2型糖尿病能引起冠心病患者心律失常加重，心率加快，心率变异指标降低。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe 24h Holter changes in patients with coronary heart disease （CHD） and type 2 diabetes with simple CHD patients . Methods Detected and recorded 124 cases of patients with coronary heart dis- ease and type 2 diabetes （diabetic group） and 96 cases of CHD patients （control group） 24h bolte change, analysis of ST-t change and HRV time domain 4 indicators. Results Diabetic patients was significantly higher incidence of arrhythmia in patients with the incidence of arrhythmia; ischemic ST-T changes showed no significant difference, P〉0.05; between the two groups, increased heart rate, heart rate variability index decreased significantly difference, P〈0.05. Conclusion Type 2 diabetes can cause cardiac arrhythmia in patients with coronary heart disease in- creased, heart rate, heart rate variability index lower. |
