| 摘 要： | 目的探讨宫颈癌术中子宫动脉灌注化疗的安全性。方法将77例宫颈癌患者(化疗组)分为3组,术中将DDP60mg,80mg,100mg稀释于100ml生理盐水中,缓慢注入两侧子宫动脉;与同期收治的宫颈癌根治术患者50例(对照组)进行比较分析。结果 100mg化疗组术后Ⅲ～Ⅳ级消化道反应(76.0%)与对照组(24.0%)相比差异有显著性(P<0.01),其余两组与对照组比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。化疗组术后自行排气时间及少数患者一过性血压下降与对照组相比差异无显著性(P>0.05)。77例患者均未明显增加骨髓抑制和肾功能异常的发生,亦未增加切口感染和膀胱功能障碍;术中化疗组下肢静脉血栓机会有所增加;100mg化疗组失血量增多(与对照组比较,P=0.03)。结论经子宫动脉血管通道进行术中动脉灌注化疗治疗宫颈恶性肿瘤是安全可行的方法。 |
