| 摘 要： | 目的探讨纤支镜治疗术后肺不张的效果。方法术后肺不张患者24例,均做纤支镜检查,吸出痰液并进行支气管肺泡灌洗和支气管内局部给药。结果22例经治疗后肺完全复张,1例死于ARDS,1例死于DIC。结论纤支镜治疗术后肺不张是一种较为安全有效的方法,但应做好必要的抢救准备。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the result of fiberbronchoscope on remedy of atelectasis after operation.Methods Twenty-two atelectasis patients after operation was performed with aspirated sputum by fiberbronchoscope. All cases were treated by bronchoclysis (BAL) and given medicine to local bronchus.Results The lung was recovered significantly after the treatment. One case died of ARDS and one case died of DIC.Conclusion Fiberbronchoscope is a simple but effective and safe method to treat atelectasis after operation. However, when an emergency treatment is needed it is necessary to make a plan in advance. |
