| 摘 要： | 对王清任活血化瘀法用药特点进行分析,其主要特点为:①注重病位,分部用药;②注重药势,调理气机;③桃红为主,加减用药;④注重补气,妙用黄芪;⑤注重剂量,轻重相宜;⑥选用"药引",增强疗效;⑦辨证用药,随证加减;⑧注重质量,强调产地;⑨炮制方法,灵活多样。 |

| Abstract: | Analyze the features of medication of the method of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis of WANG Qing-ren,the main features are :①Emphasize the position of disease and medicine according to different parts.②Emphasize the tendency of drug and regulate the activities of qi.③Medicine mainly on the basis of taoren and honghua.④Emphasize the method of invigorating qi and work wonders on huangqi.⑤Emphasize the dosage.⑥Choice guiding herbs to reinforce curative effect.⑦Medicine according to differentiation of symptoms and signs.⑧ Emphasize the quality and the place of production.⑨Diversify the method of processing drugs. |
