胃癌病人的多原发性恶性肿瘤（附12例报告）

报告16年间所治疗的胃癌病人中的12例多原发性恶性肿瘤，占同期胃癌病人的1.4%。5例是胃同时性癌；另7例是胃癌合并其它脏器的原发性恶性肿瘤。所有病例均经病理证实，认为术前和术中应仔细整个胃和其它脏器，对切除标本应仔细观察与及时送病检。

Multiple Primary Malignant Tumor of Patients with Gastric Cancer-An Analysis of 12 Cases

A review of twelve cases of multiple malignant tumor occurring in patients with gastric cancer treated in our department in a period of 16 years has been made.These cases occupied 1.4% of all contemporary cases of gastric cancer.5 cases were synchronous gastric cancer(3with double lesions and 2 with triple lesions).Although fibrooptic gastroscopy and barium meal were made for them,only 1 lesion was found preoperatively. The other 7 cases were gastric cancer associated with primary malignant neoplasms in other organs.The diagnoses of all patients were confirmed by pathologic features.It is concluded that careful examination of the whole stomach and other organs before and during operation as well as immediate biopsy of the resected specimen is of vital importance.
