椎间盘退变动物模型实验研究进展

摘    要:制作和应用椎间盘退变动物模型是研究椎间盘退变疾病的一种重要手段,同时为其修复研究提供良好的实验载体。椎间盘退变的动物模型分为诱发型和自发型两大类。其中前者可通过改变腰椎间盘生物力学环境、损伤椎间盘自身结构诱发退变,后者则是自发的椎间盘退变。虽然目前各类模型均有一定的局限性,但随着动物模型和人类椎间盘退变之间的相关性和可比性逐渐明确,其在椎间盘退变性疾病的研究中将具有更好的应用前景。文章就椎间盘退变建模新进展进行综述。
