摘    要:
E-钙黏附素(E—cadhefin)是一种介导同种细胞间相互黏附的钙依赖性跨膜糖蛋白,参与形成和维护细胞间的连接,可促进旁分泌信号的传递.起信息传递和细胞稳定作用。黏着斑激酶(foeal adhesion kinase,FAK)是胞质酪氨酸激酶,被激活后引发细胞骨架蛋白和信号蛋白的酪氨酸磷酸化,从而介导细胞与胞外基质(extracellular matrix,ECM)的黏附,参与细胞多种生理功能及肿瘤细胞的转移和侵袭。E-钙黏附素和FAK与子宫内膜异位症(EMs)发病机制密切相关,因此对两者的研究有助于深入认识EMs的发生发展机制.并为EMs的预防、诊断和治疗提供新的理论、方法和研究方向。

E-cadherin and Focal Adhesion Kinase in Endmetriosis

Abstract:
E-cadherin is a calcium-dependent transmembrane glycoprotein, which mediated adhesion of the same kind of cell, involved in the formation and maintenance of connections between cells. It can promote transmission of paracrine signals, has effection of information transmission and stability of cells. Focal adhesion kinase (FAK)is a cytoplasmic tyrosine kinase,it's activation, lead to phosphorylate tyrosine of cytoskeletal protein and signaling protein, which mediates adhesion of cell with extracellular matrix and a variety of physiological functions involved in cell as well as the metastasis and invasion of tumor cells. E-cadherin and FAK are closely related to the pathogenesis of endometriosis (EMs),the research of E-cadherin and FAK contribute to the understanding of pathogenesis of EMs, and provide a new theory, methods and research directions for the prevention, diagnosis, treatment of EMs.
