| 摘 要： | 目的:通过对宽叶金粟兰的地上和地下部分挥发油中化学成分的分析比较研究,为宽叶金粟兰的开发利用提供实验依据。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取宽叶金粟兰不同部位的挥发油,应用气相-质谱联用技术进行分析和鉴定,并用归一法测定各化学成分的相对含量。结果:从宽叶金粟兰的地上部分挥发油中鉴定了45个化合物,地下部分挥发油鉴定了46个化合物,两部分共有的化合物16个,共鉴定了75个化合物。结论:宽叶金粟兰的地上和地下部分挥发油中化学成分相差较大,但主要化学成分都是倍半萜类化合物。

| Abstract: | Objective:To provide the foundation for reasonable utilization by analysing the essential oils of Chloramthus henryi Hemsl In the aerial and root parts.Method:The essential oils were extracted by using steam distillation.The chemical constituents were analysed and identified by means of GC/MS,and quanttitatively determined with normalization method.Result:from the aerial and the root part of Chloramthus henryi Hemsl,45 and 46 compounds were identified respectively.There are 16 same constituents in the two parts.Conclusion:The main compounds of Chloramthus henryi Hemsl belong to sesquiterpinoids. |
