| 摘 要： | 为观察自拟糖肾康方治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床疗效,将80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用中药糖肾康方治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为85%,对照组为60%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0 .05);治疗组治疗前后空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血清肌酐、血尿素氮、24小时尿蛋白定量、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白等变化差异有显著性(P<0. 05或P<0. 01),TG、24小时尿蛋白定量, 2组治疗后比较,有显著性差异(P<0 .05)。结论:糖肾康方结合西医常规治疗糖尿病肾病效果优于单纯西医治疗。

| Abstract: | To observe the clinical efficacy of self-composed "Tangsheng kang Decoction" in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy, 80 subjects were equa lly randomized into control group and treatment group, and then treated respecti vely by western routine and integrative Chinese and western medications. Results : The total effective rate was 85.0% in treatment group and 60 0% in control gr oup, P<0.05; after treatment, FPG, 2hPG, HbAlC, TG, 24hUP and other indexes improved obviously in treatment group (P<0.05, P<0.01), with significant improvement in TG and 24hUP compared to control group (P<0 05). Conclusion : "Tangshengkang Decoction" plus western medication has better effects than si mple western medication in treating diabetic nephropathy. |
