静脉腹腔联合化疗中晚期胃肠道癌的临床及护理

目的探讨和评价静脉腹腔联合化疗中晚期胃肠道癌的疗效和护理。方法全组51例均采用静脉腹腔联合化疗,并从配药、穿刺、引流腹水、输注化疗药物整个化疗过程,实施一系列的护理措施。结果全组有效率为66.6%,毒性反应低,并发症少。结论静脉腹腔联合化疗中晚期胃肠道癌疗效肯定,毒性低,并发症少,保证了化疗的顺利完成。

Observation and nursing of the combined venous and celiac chemotherapy in the treatment of intermediate and late gastrointestinal cancer

Objective To explore and evaluate the effective outcome,toxic reaction and nursing of the combined venous and celiac chemotherapy in the treatment of intermediate and late gastrointestinal cancer. Methods The combined venous and celiac chemotherapy was applied to all 51 patients and series nursing was adopted in the whole courses of dispensing,puncture,drain of ascetic fluid and infusion. Results The effective rate was 66.6% with less toxic reaction and few complications. Conclusion The combined venous and celiac chemotherapy is definitely effective and has less toxic reaction and few complications in the treatment of intermediate and late gastrointestinal cancer.
