Metastatic pulmonary calcification in a patient with nonsecretory multiple myeloma |

| Abstract: | A case of nonsecretory multiple myeloma is presented. Radiological findings and bone marrow examination provided the diagnosis. Bone scintigraphy showed metastatic pulmonary calcification, thus demonstrating the potential superiority to any other routine diagnostic modality in detection of visceral calcification. |
