幽门螺杆菌在慢性胃炎病理类型及年龄分布上的特点

对胃镜检查病理诊断为慢性胃炎者２９４９例进行临床病理分析，重点观察了幽门螺杆菌，慢 活动性胃炎，慢性浅表性胃炎，慢性萎缩性胃炎，肠上皮化生在年龄分布上的特点以有它们之间的关系。结果见ＨＰ相关性胃炎与慢性活动性胃炎无论在年龄分布上还是在慢性胃炎各类型中的分布上都有明显的同步性。

THE CHARACTERISTIC OF HELICOBACTER PYLORI IN PATHOLOGIC TYPES AND AGE DISTRIBUTION ON CHRONIC GASTRITIS

The authors had been doing clinical pathologic analysis to 2949 cases of chronic gastritis (CG ) diagnosed by gastroscopy and pathology, and emphatically observed the characteristics of age distribution of Helicobaeter Pylori, chronlc active gastri tis, chronic superficial gastritis (CSG),chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG), intestinal metaplasia(IM ) and the relationship be-tween them. The results showed that thete is an obvious synchronism either age distribution of subtypes distribution of CG in hah gastritis related to HP and chronic active gastritis. HP distribution in different types of CG was increased along with CSG from mild to severe and decreased along with CAG from rnild to severe:All of the results suggested that HP not only relate to the occurence of CSG, but also CSG turning to CAG. At the point of age distribution, Cse was mainly seen in youth and middle age groups and CAG in middle and old age groups,which indicated that the occurence,development and transformation of CG was a long course.
