| 苯酚硫酸法对纯品RNA的定量分析 | |

| 摘 要： | 本文通过对两种 RNA 制品采用苯酚硫酸法和地衣酚法的定量分析实验,证实前者可用于纯品 RNA 的定量检测,且较后者简便、重复性强.该试剂配制简单贮存期较长(25℃可达半年以上)。但此法不能用于 RNA 定性分析。本文为苯酚硫酸法用于纯品 RNA 定量分析之首次报道。 |

| Abstract: | The determination of the amounts of RNA in two samples with pheno-sul furic acid,in contrast with orcinol,indicates that pheno-sulfuric meth od can be applied to measure pure RNAs.Furthermore,this method is simpler and more capable of repetition than orcinol method.The reagent can be readily prepared,and kept for more than half a year under 25c.It cannot be applied,however,in qualitative analysis of RNAs. |
