| 摘 要： | 目的:分析儿童颅脑损伤的特点与治疗经验。方法:回顾性分析30例儿童重度颅脑损伤的病因、类型、临床表现以及救治方法、预后状况等并总结特点。结果:本组病例经系统治疗后均取得了较好的疗效,5例(16.7%)因合并有胸腹部联合伤死亡,临床治愈20例(66.7%),轻残2例(6.7%),中残2例(6.7%),重残1例(3%)。结论:儿童重型颅脑损伤具有不同成人的临床特点,因此治疗有着与成人不同的方面。 |

Characteristics and treatment of craniocerebral injury in children of 30 cases |

| Abstract: | Objective：To analyze and summarize the characteristics and treatment of craniocerebral injury in children. Methods：The injury types, clinical manifestation, treatment method and prognosis of 30 children with craniocerebral injury were retrospectively analyzed and then the characteristics was summarized. Results： Most patients had a good effect except that 5 cases （16.7%） died in severe diffuse axonal injury with the multiple organ dysfunctions. 20 cases （66.7%） were recovered, 2 cases （6.7%） light residual, 2 cases （6. 7%） moderate disability and 1 cases （3%） serious disability. Conclusion：The clinical features of children＇s craniocerebral injury are different from adult. The characteristics and the treatment method for infantile eraniocerebral injury are different from the adults. |
