| 摘 要： | 目的：总结分析56例先天性肠闭锁和狭窄的患儿的诊断和外科治疗要点。方法：对2004年3月至2007年9月收治的56例先天性肠闭锁和狭窄患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：治愈47例,治愈率86％,家属放弃4例,死亡5例,出现术后并发症27例：吻合口瘘5例,硬肿症11例,切口裂开5例,粘连性肠梗阻6例。结论：早期诊断和选择合理的术式是提高先天性肠闭锁和狭窄治愈率的关键,禁食、胃肠减压和胃肠外营养也渐成为降低死亡率的主要因素。

| Abstract: | Objective: Diagnosis and surgical treatment of 56 children with congenital intestinal atresia and stenosis was summarized.Method: Clinical materials of 56 children with congenital intestinal atresia and stenosis,which were admitted from Mar.2004 to Sep.2007,were respectively analyzed.Result: 47 cases were cured,and the cure rate was 86%.4 cases were given up by the relatives,5 cases were dead,and 27 cases presented postoperative complications,of which there were 5 cases with anastomotic leakage,11 cases wit... |
