| 摘 要： | 目的：确定哮喘片薄层色谱鉴别的实验方法。方法：采用3种不同展开荆分别进行哮喘片中麻黄薄层色谱鉴别研究。结果：哮喘片色谱条件为：采用硅胶G色谱板，以三氯甲烷-甲醇-浓氨试液（20：8：1）为展开剂，茚三酮试液为显色荆，斑点清晰。结论：本实验精密度好且操作简便易行。

| Abstract: | Objective： To determine asthma tablets of the TLC method. Methods： Expand the use of 3 different doses were studied for ephedra in asthma tablets by TLC. Results：The asthma tablets chromatographic conditions are as follows：Chromatography using silica gel G plates to chloroform - methanol - strong ammonia solution （20 ： 8 ： 1 ） for the launch of agent, Ninhydrin test solution as chromogenic reagent, clear spots. Conclusion：The experimental precision and easy operation. |
