吸烟对肺结核的疗效影响

目的:探讨吸烟对肺结核的疗效影响及二者间的剂量-反应关系。方法:选取2001年9月至2002年9月在本院住院治疗并能完成2个月强化疗程的初治痰菌阳性肺结核患者261例。根据其治疗前吸烟年支情况,观察其2个月强化抗结核治疗后痰菌阴转的效果。结果:261例患者经过2个月强化治疗后202例(77.4%)患者痰菌阴转。性别、年龄、病灶范围和低蛋白血症及结核分枝杆菌的耐药菌株对痰菌阴转无明显影响(P>0.05);但在吸烟患者中随着治疗前吸烟年支量的增加,其痰菌阴转率明显下降,二者间有明显的剂量-反应关系(P=0.000)。结论:吸烟对肺结核的疗效有较大影响,应该在临床上引起注意。

Influences of smoking on curative effects of pulmonary tuberculosis

Objective To observe the influences of smoking on curative effects of pulmonary tuberculosis and its dose-response relationship. Methods 261 patients with first-treatment pulmonary tuberculosis who had been treated for 2 months reinforcement, hospitalized in our department from Sep.2001 to Sep.2002, were observed for relationship between smoking and curative effects. Results 202 patients(77.4%) were sputum negative after being treated for 2-month reinforcement. The sputum negative was not affected by sex, age, focus coverage hypoproteinemia and drug-resistance(P >0.05). As the patients'smoking doses increased, the rate of sputum negative got down. Dose-response relationship existed between smoking and curative effect(P=0.000). Conclusions It is noticeable that smoking can affect the curative effects of pulmonary tuberculosis.
