摘    要:
脂毒性是指持续的高水平的游离脂肪酸造成的胰岛β细胞和胰岛素靶组织的结构和功能的损害。游离脂肪酸增加,一方面造成胰腺本身的胰岛素抵抗,加剧β细胞的凋亡;另一方面,沉积于肝脏、肌肉等非脂肪组织,造成这些组织的胰岛素抵抗。因此,脂毒性在2型糖尿病的发病中起重要作用。

Abstract:
Lipotoxicity refers to the structural and functional damage of β cell of islet and insulin targeted tissue caused by free fatty acid in high level. Increased FFA not only results in insulin resistance in pancreatic gland itself and aggravate the apoptosis of β cell of islet, but also results in insulin resistance in non-fatty tissue by depositing these tissues including liver, muscles and so on. So lipotoxicity plays an important role in the genesis of type 2 diabetes.
