血清细胞外基质浓度和糖尿病肾病的关系

摘    要:
目的:探讨血清细胞外基质(IV型胶原,CIV和层粘蛋白,LAM)浓度与糖尿病肾病的关系。方法:放免法测定患者血清CIV、LAM浓度。结果:糖尿病肾病组血清CIV、LAM水平明显高于正常对照组(P<001)及无糖尿病肾病组(P<005);血清CIV、LAM值与血糖、病程呈正相关(r分别为030和026,P<001和P<005)。结论:血清细胞外基质水平的增高可能是引起糖尿病肾病的一个重要原因。

Abstract:
Objective: To study the possible relationship between serum concentrations of extracellular matrix (ECM) proteins and diabetic nephropathy (DN). XMethods: The levels of serum type collagen (CIV) and laminin (LAM) were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results: The concentrations of serum CIV and LAM in DN group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<001) and diabetic mellitus group (P<005). Serum levels of ECM proteins were positively correlated with blood sugar (r=003,P<001) and course of disease(r=026,P<005). Conclusion: The results suggest that increased serum concentrations of ECM proteins may be a major cause of DN.
