TOPSIS法在艾滋病综合防治工作质量评估中的应用

目的探索采用加权＂逼近于理想值的排序方法＂（TOPSIS）,对艾滋病综合防治工作质量进行综合评价。方法设立考核指标,应用TOPSIS方法对河南省部分地区艾滋病防治工作质量进行综合评价。结果应用TOPSIS法,对10个地区的艾滋病综合防治工作质量进行评价,结果由高到低顺序依次为：A、B、F、CI、、E、H、D、J、G（上述字母为地区代码）。结论 TOPSIS法简单、实用,结果准确、客观,是艾滋病综合防治工作中进行综合评价的一种有效方法。

TOPSIS method used in the quality evaluation of AIDS control and prevention

Objective To explore the TOPSIS（Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Solution） method used in the comprehensive evaluation of AIDS control and prevention.Methods The examination indexes were established for AIDS control and prevention and a comprehensive evaluation by TOPSIS was conducted to asses the quality of work in some areas of Henan.Results Through TOPSIS analysis,10 districts and counties could be divided into 10 ranks,from high to low,as： A,B,F,C,I,E,H,D,J and G（the letters representing different area codes）.Conclusions The TOPSIS method,being simple,practical and objective,is an effective approach to comprehensive evaluation of AIDS prevention and control.
