中西医结合治疗促进AIDS病人免疫功能重建的研究

目的观察中西医结合治疗对艾滋病（AIDS）病人免疫功能重建的促进作用。方法将80例病人随机分为治疗组中药＋高效抗反转录病毒治疗（HAART）]和对照组（单纯HAART）,疗程半年,比较两组CD4＋、CD8＋T淋巴细胞计数及白细胞介素2（IL-2）水平的变化。结果对照组（35人）和治疗组（39人）治疗后的CD4＋T细胞计数和IL-2水平,均高于治疗前（P〈0.01和P〈0.05）,而CD8＋T细胞计数低于治疗前（P〈0.01）。治疗组CD4＋T淋巴细胞上升幅度高于对照组（P=0.018）,而两组CD8＋T淋巴细胞和IL-2上升幅度的差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗提高CD4＋T细胞的效果优于单纯的抗病毒治疗,可促进AIDS病人的免疫重建。

Study of TCM integrated with Western medicine to promote immune function reconstruction in AIDS patients

Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） integrated with Western medicine（WM） on promoting immune function reconstruction in AIDS patients.Methods The patients were randomly divided into treated group（treated by traditional Chinese medicine and HAART） and control group（treated by HAART only） and the changes in CD4 T-lymphocyte count,CD8T-lymphocyte count and IL-2 level were compared between the two groups after half year＇s treatment.Results The rising range of CD4 T-lymphocyte count in the treated group was higher than that in the control group（P=0.018）,and the rising range of CD8T-lymphocyte count and IL-2 level in the two groups showed no obvious differences（P0.05）.Conclusion The integrated TCM and WM therapy is more effective in increasing CD4 T-lymphocyte count than antiviral therapy alone and can promote the immune reconstruction in AIDS patients.
