| 摘 要： | 探讨复合皮移植术联合磺胺嘧啶银在烧伤整形中的临床疗效及安全性。选取2015年2月至2017年4月我院收治的烧伤整形患者78例,随机分为两组,对照组使用复合皮移植术治疗,研究组使用复合皮移植术联合磺胺嘧啶银治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效以及安全性。研究组疗效显著优于对照组,疼痛感显著低于对照组,治疗满意度显著高于对照组(P＜0.05)。在对烧伤整形患者的治疗过程当中,复合皮移植术联合磺胺嘧啶银治疗效果理想,临床上应当进一步推广应用。 |

| Abstract: | To investigate the clinical effect and safety of compound skin grafting combined with silver sulfadiazine in burn plastic surgery. 78 cases of burn plastic surgery patients admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to April 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with compound skin grafting and the study group was treated with compound skin grafting combined with silver sulfadiazine. The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared. The efficacy of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group, the pain sensation was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the treatment satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Composite skin grafting combined with silver sulfadiazine has an ideal therapeutic effect in the treatment of burn plastic surgery patients. |
